Mayor to give State of the City speech Dec. 9 The Thousand OaksWestlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce will host Mayor Jacqui Irwin at the Thousand Oaks State of the City Address and Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Tues., Dec. 9 at the Los Robles Greens Banquet Center, 299 S. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks. A reception will begin at 11:30 a.m. Luncheon will be at noon, and the mayor's address will begin at abouit 1 p.m. Irwin will address the state of the city of Thousand Oaks, accomplishments that have been made during the past year and offer highlights of plans for 2009.
