Conejo Players Theatre wilhold auditions for "Willy WonkJunior" at 5:30 p.m. Sun., Nov30 through Tues., Dec. 2 at ththeater, 351 S. Moorpark RoadThousand Oaks.

The play is based on "Charliand the Chocolate Factory" by Roald Dahl.

Those auditioning should prepare a one-minute song and bring sheet music in their keyAn accompanist will be provided. Instrumental-only musitracks are also acceptable.

Actors should be prepared to read from the script and learn short dance combo. No appointment is necessaryThere is no pay.

Rehearsals are from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday beginning Jan. 5. Tech rehearsals are from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday from March 8 to March 20.

Performances are at 1 and 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday from March 21 to March 29. There will be a performance at 7 p.m. Fri., March 27 and two daytime performances for schools on Wed., March 25.

No conflicts are allowed during tech weeks and performance dates.
