The Thousand Oaks Republican Women Federated will host the annual Christmas and Holiday Gala on Wed., Dec. 10 at the Sherwood Country Club, 320 W. Stafford Road, Thousand Oaks.

Reception and boutiques start at 10:45 a.m., with the holiday luncheon program at noon.

The Beacon Light awards will be given to Coleen Toy White, chief justice of the Ventura County Superior Court, and Julia B. Ladd, CMS senior manager, property management, The Oaks mall.

Shirley Sadler, president of the national Federation of Republican Women, will be the special guest.

The cost is $55. The community is invited.
