Council on Aging will learn about elder abuse next week The city of Thousand Oaks Council on Aging will present Julia Wysong speaking at the council meeting at 1 p.m. Wed., Dec. 3 in the board room, third level, Thousand Oaks City Hall, 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd. Wysong will speak on avoiding, recognizing and reporting financial elder abuse and resources for victims. She is the coordinator of the Financial Abuse Specialist Team. The presentation will be broadcast live over public access channel 10. Residents may sit in the studio audience and ask questions during the talk. |
