Newbury Park

A female, 22, allegedly stole property from a business and showed signs of being under the influence of a controlled substance when she was arrested at 1 p.m. Nov. 10 in the 2400 block of Teller Road. The subject also allegedly possessed drug paraphernalia and two Klonopin pills.

A male, 42, was allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol when he was involved in a hit-and-run collision at Kimber Drive and Reino Road just before 6 p.m. on Nov. 6. He was arrested the same day in the 200 block of Dena Drive.

A male, 36, was arrested and charged with battering his wife at 3 a.m. Nov. 9 in the 600 block of Avenida del Platino.

For allegedly battering someone he was dating, a male, 28, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. Nov. 10 in the 600 block of Martinique Place.

A female, 24, was arrested on a charge of a petty theft at Kohl's at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 12 in the 2200 block of Drayton Avenue.

On suspicion of stealing $466 in gift cards and redeeming them for store merchandise, a female, 29, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 2700 block of Teller Road.

Property valued at $2,550 was stolen between Oct. 28 and Nov. 3 in the 600 block of Via Vista.

Property ($800) was damaged on Nov. 7 in the 200 block of Asta Avenue.

More than $400 in property was stolen from the bed of a truck between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Nov. 12 in the 800 block of Wendy Drive.

Gang graffiti resulted in $300 of property damage on Nov. 12 or 13 in the 600 block of Avenida del Platino.

A business in the 3300 block of Kimber Drive was vandalized with graffiti on Nov. 10 or 11. The damage estimate was $50.

Thousand Oaks

A carjacking occurred between 5:15 and 5:20 a.m. Nov. 10 in the 200 block of S. Moorpark Road. A woman was carjacked at knifepoint at a gas station.

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places indicated: A female, 22, at 1:33 a.m. Nov. 14 on Agoura Road, west of Village Glen; a female, 48, at 9:55 p.m. Nov. 7 in the 600 block of Rio Grande Circle (subject was allegedly driving on the wrong side of the road and followed back to her home by a witness); a male, 52, at 7:16 p.m. Nov. 6 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road; a male, 60, at 6:20 p.m. Nov. 11 at Wilbur and Moorpark roads (subject allegedly failed to drive at a green light and was discovered passed out behind the wheel); and a male, 28, at 10 p.m. Nov. 1 at Calle Quebracho and Avenida de Los Arboles.

The following subjects were arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of controlled substances: A male, 44, at 11:50 a.m. Nov. 11 in the 1300 block of N. Moorpark Road; a male, 48, at 7:53 p.m. Nov. 11 at Avenida de Los Arboles and Moorpark Road; a male, 20, at 11:50 a.m. Nov. 11 at Carl's Jr.restaurant on 1384 N. Moorpark Road; a male, 39, at 2:30 p.m. Oct. 29 in the 1000 block of Hendrix Avenue (subject allegedly possessed a smoking device); a male, 35, at 12:15 p.m. Nov. 6 in the 600 block of Avenida del Platino; a male, 19, at 12:12 p.m. Nov. 7 in the first block of W. Olsen Road; a female, 36, at 6:30 p.m. Nov. 7 in the 2600 block of Willow Lane; and a female, 32, at 8:30 p.m. Nov. 7 in the 400 block of E. Wilbur Road.

For allegedly committing identity theft and forgery, a female, 23, was arrested at 7:30 a.m. Nov. 12 in the first block of Wales Road.

A male, 46, was arrested on battery charges at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 30 in the first block of Smoketree Avenue.

A female, 42, was arrested for allegedly battering her boyfriend Nov. 10 in the East Valley Sheriff's Station.

A male, 47, was arrested and charged with vandalizing and attempting to break into someone's garage at 10:42 p.m. Nov. 6 in the 1200 block of Ramona Drive.

Charged with obstructing justice by ignoring a police officer's instructions, a male, 21, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 600 block of Brossard Drive.

A male, 20, was cited for shoplifting at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 10 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

For allegedly stealing $291 in merchandise, a female, 45, was arrested at 4:56 p.m. Nov. 8 in the 500 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A male, 43, was cited for not displaying a liquor license at his business and for allowing a customer to smoke in the patio area of that business, at 4:50 p.m. Nov. 8 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

For possessing a small amount of marijuana while driving, the following subjects were cited: A female, 23, at 9:41 p.m. Nov. 13 at the southbound 101 Freeway and Westlake Boulevard; a male, 21, at 10:25 p.m. Nov. 10 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Rancho Road; and a male, 19, at Mountclef Boulevard and Lucero Street.

A male, 26, was cited for possessing marijuana and medication without a prescription at 3:40 p.m. Nov. 9 in the 5600 block of Foxwood Drive.

On suspicion of being drunk in public, a male, 40, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Nov. 9 in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive. At another location in the 1800 block of Los Feliz Drive on the same day, a male, 37, was also arrested on the same charge at 2:20 p.m.

A male, 23, was cited for drinking in public at La Paz Park at 2:25 p.m. Nov. 6. Four males between the ages of 38 and 50, and a female, 45, were cited for the same offense at 3:15 p.m. Nov. 7 in the first block of E. Hillcrest Drive.

A loaded 9 mm handgun and an unloaded .22-caliber rifle were stolen from a locked home on Nov. 11 in the 1700 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

Six sets of swim fins were stolen from the pool area of Cal Lutheran University in the first block of W. Olsen Road between Oct. 23 and 28. The crime was recently reported.

A golf cart was stolen from a garage between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 2400 block of Stafford Road.

A wallet was stolen between 1 and 1:06 p.m. Nov. 13 in the 1000 block of Avenida de Los Arboles.

Money— $3,734— was stolen from a business on three separate days between Nov. 1 and 12 in the 200 block of N. Moorpark Road.

Property was stolen ($300 loss) on Nov. 10 or 11 at Wildwood Avenue and Sundance Street.

A home was burglarized between Nov. 6 and 10 in the 500 block of Brossard Drive.

Aspen Elementary School was burglarized between Nov. 7 and 10 in the 1800 block of Oberlin Avenue. The damage estimate was $40.

A burglary was attempted at Los Robles Golf Course on Nov. 11 or 12.

A business was burglarized on Nov. 6 or 7 in the 2400 block of W. Lynn Road.

Windows of a home under construction were cracked on Nov. 10 or 11 in the 1600 block of Dover Avenue. The damage was $550.

A grand theft occurred between 1:50 and 2:10 p.m. Nov. 7 in the 2800 block of E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

Property was damaged at three locations in the 1300 block of Pathfinder Avenue on Nov. 7 or 8. The total damage was $1,500.

Gang graffiti was the cause of property damage between Nov. 6 and 10 in the 1900 block of Los Feliz Drive. Gang graffiti was also found in the 2000 block of Los Feliz Drive on Nov. 7.

Gang graffiti was spray painted on a sound wall next to the 23 Freeway along the 1400 block of Durazno Street. The damage was $100.

Three mailboxes were knocked down on Nov. 8 in the 1800 block of Smokeyridge Avenue. Another mailbox was damaged on Nov. 8 in the 1600 block of Falling Star Avenue.

A car was vandalized ($320 in damage) on Nov. 6 or 7 in the 1900 block Los Feliz Drive.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: Between Nov. 8 and 11 in the 900 block of Warwick Avenue (audio equipment stolen); on Nov. 6 or 7 in the 600 block of Saint Charles Drive (two vehicles, but one was only attempted); and between Nov. 5 and 9 at the Charter Oaks Apartments complex (car radio stolen from unlocked vehicle.)

A thief removed a key from a service manager's desk and used it to steal money at the Rusnak Porsche between Nov. 8 and 10.

A male, 46, allegedly violated a domestic violence restraining order by calling and coming within 50 yards of another person, and he was subsequently arrested at 2:56 p.m. Nov. 12 at Lindero Canyon and Kanan roads.
