Brooklyn Falkenberg was called to the Torah as a bat mitzvah on Oct. 4 at Temple Etz Chaim in Thousand Oaks.

She's an eighthgrade student at Redwood Middle School and the daughter of Debra and Kort Falkenberg of Thousand Oaks.
