Petco will be a new anchor tenant at North Ranch Mall. The new store is adjacent to Trader Joe's and is expected to have its grand opening in the middle of December.

Michael Schiff of NAI Capital's Westlake Village office represented North Ranch Properties in leasing the 11,900squarefoot space. Other anchor stores in the center are Ralphs and Rite Aid. Petco also has a store at 140 W. Hillcrest Drive in T.O.
