Knuckleheads, a gym for children in Newbury Park, will host a fundraiser, "Jump Rope for Heart," from 10 a.m. to noon Sun., Dec. 7 at the gym, 2080 Newbury Road, Ste. C, Newbury Park.

Participants will jump rope at the event to raise money for the American Heart Association.

Knuckleheads will also welcome nonmembers to participate from 5 p.m. until closing Mon. to Sat., Dec. 8 through 13. Participants who jump rope for 20 minutes will have the remainder of the evening to work out in the gym.

Any child can participate or donate.
