Three churches will host a joint Thanksgiving Eve service at 7 p.m. Wed., Nov. 26 at St. Patrick's Episcopal Church, One Church Road, Thousand Oaks. The public is invited.

The combined choirs of St. Pat's, St. Julie Billiart Catholic Church of Newbury Park and King of Glory Lutheran Church of Newbury Park will present special music at the service.

The freewill offering will go toward the Conejo Compassion Coalition and its international poverty relief work.

Following the event, a dessert social will be hosted in the parish hall. Those attending are asked to bring a dessert food item to share.
