Another Scout reaches top of the ladder

YOUNG ACHIEVER- Bill Miller, left, Scouting chair of the Thousand Oaks Elks Lodge No. 2477, offers congratulations to Eagle Scout Thomas Blake Fields. Tom's project was re-flooring the administrative section of Ascension Lutheran Church. With the help of volunteer Scouts and Tom's family and friends, it took four days of work and 250 volunteer hours. Tom's the son of Tom and Chris Fields of Thousand Oaks. The Elks sponsor Troop No. 754, which has produced 52 Eagle Scouts over the years.
