Girls' softball raises hope

The Pumas 16U girls' softball team will host a fundraiser starting at 9 a.m. Sat. and Sun., Nov. 15 and 16 at Los Cerritos Middle School, 2100 E. Avenida de Las Flores, Thousand Oaks. The last game will begin about 5 p.m.

The team will play competitive fast pitch softball.

Each child attending will receive a pink hair ribbon.

There will be a concession stand, raffles and a used softball equipment sale.

A portion of the sales will benefit Circle of Hope, which provides financial assistance to women with breast cancer.
