Medical advances in blood work the topic for Hadassah group

Hevra Hadassah will have a fundraiser to help research for Hadassah Medical Organization. It's at 9:30 a.m. Sun., Nov. 16 at North Ranch Country Club, 4761 Valley Spring Drive in North Ranch.

It will include a luncheon, boutique and silent auction.

Keynote speaker Dr. Stephen Forman will discuss medical advances made in hematology.

Stem cell transplant recipient and one of Hevra's founding copresidents, Sherri Cunial, will be honored.The cost is $75 and includes lunch and parking.
