Healthy living workshop for women planned

KO Studio Westlake is offering a free hands-on workshop for women in the community from 9 to 10 a.m. and 7 to 8 p.m. Tues., Dec. 9 or Thurs., Dec. 18.

Women can learn how to have a lifestyle that is healthy and satisfying.

Topics include tips to trim and tone, healthy eating habits, vitality, anti-aging and boosting the immune system.

The normal workshop fee is $150, but, as a gift to the community, the studio is offering the workshop for free to the first 10 people who arrive for each session.
