Barbara Welch, an artist and educator in Conejo Valley, will teach a carbon lithography printmaking technique workshop from 6 to 9 p.m. Tues., Nov. 18 at the Thousand Oaks City Gallery, next to the Newbury Park Library on Borchard and Michael roads in Newbury Park.

The cost is $25.
