Professional chefs create yummy houses

The Wellness Community V a l l e y / Ventura will host the annual Gingerbread House event from

1 to 4 p.m. Sun., Nov. 16 at the Wellness Community, 530 Hampshire Road, Westlake Village.

Professionally crafted gingerbread houses created by local chefs will be on display. An opportunity drawing will be held to take home one of the gingerbread abodes. Drawing tickets are $5.

Children will have the afternoon to make their own architectural gingerbread creations. The event is free and open to all.
