Unitarian movie screening in Newbury Park

The Conejo Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship will screen "Made in L.A." at 7:30 p.m. Sat., Nov. 15 at the church, 3327 Old Conejo Road, Newbury Park.
"Made in L.A." is an Emmy-winning film about three Latina immigrants working in sweatshops and uniting in a struggle against a clothing store to win basic labor protections.
A discussion led by Dr. Pamela Brubaker will follow the film. Brubaker is a professor of religion and ethics at California Lutheran University.
The screening is free and open to the public.
