The Men's and Women's Ministries of Monte Vista Presbyterian Church will sponsor a breakfast forum on "Belonging . . . Celebrating Our Citizenship" at 8:30 a.m. Sat., Nov. 1 in the fellowship hall, 3797 W. Lynn Road, Newbury Park.
