Westlake defense: The Warriors held Newbury Park's vaunted rushing attack to 54 yards on 20 attempts during a 35-12 home win in Week 6.

Ricky Minyard, RB, Thousand Oaks: Minyard, a sophomore, rushed nine times for 107 yards and scored a pair of touchdowns during the Lancers' 49-9 victory at Calabasas. In the game, TOHS ran for 314 yards as a team.

Sean Conrad, RB, Malibu: In a wild 51-50 shootout win vs. Grace Brethren at Moorpark College, Conrad carried the ball 34 times for 329 yards and scored four touchdowns. It was Conrad's third game with more than 300 yards rushing this year.
