Father-son relationships will be psychologist's lecture topic next week

Psychologist Michael J. Diamond will discuss the relationship between fathers and sons at 5 p.mMon., Oct. 27 in the Lundring Events Center in the GilberSports and Fitness Center at California Lutheran University, Olsen Road and Campus Drive in Thousand Oaks.

Diamond will discuss the power of a father-son relationship and how a better understanding otheir sons, husbands and fathers can benefit women. Diamond is a clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst and the author of "My Father Before Me: How Fathers and Sons Influence Each Other Throughout Their Lives."

The lecture is free and open to the public.
