The Friends of the Thousand Oaks Library will sponsor a used book sale from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Fri., Nov. 7 and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sat., Nov. 8 at the Newbury Park Branch Library, 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park.

Thousands of books will be available for purchase. Prices are 35 cents for children's books, 50 cents for paperbacks and $1 for hardcovers and tradesized paperbacks. Book donations are accepted throughout the year, and used books are on sale daily.
