Dr. Scott Lifschitz, D.C., will host a free wellness workshop at 10 a.m. Sat., Oct. 18 at Yogaworks, 2475 Townsgate Road, Westlake Village.

The workshop is called "Living to 100" and will include complimentary refreshments and chair massages.
