Ladera Elementary School will host a Harvest Hoedown from 5 to 9 p.m. Fri., Oct. 17 at the school, 1211 Calle Almendro, Thousand Oaks.

The event will include carnival games, prizes, silent auction and raffle.

Cost is $12 at the gate.
