The public is invited to a free panel discussion on California Proposition 8 at 7:30 p.m. Fri., Oct. 17 at the Conejo Valley Unitarian Universalist Fellowship, 3327 Old Conejo Road, Newbury Park.

The evening's panel will speak in favor of legalizing same sex marriage and will take questions from the audience.

The panel consists of Ricky Holt, Santa Clarita Valley Unitarian Universalist minister; Dr. June Goudy, Simi Valley United Church of Christ pastor; and Douglas Roy, attorney. Dr. Betty Stapleford of Conejo Valley UU will moderate.
