The Ventura County Chapter of the American Guild of Organists No. 930 will host a free organ concert at 3 p.m. Sun., Oct. 19 at Ascension Lutheran Church, 1600 E. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks. The public is welcome.

The program will include classics to jazz, in solo organ pieces, as well as works for organ with oboe, trumpet, piano, strings and harpsichord.

Professional organists from Ventura County who will perform are Edith Ott, Dr. Gary Cobb, Dr. Jane Ganske, Arthur Dobrucki, Sara Edwards, William Otis, Stella Dumlao-Idea and college student Fiona Altobano.
