The Westlake Village Republican Women Federated will host a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Thurs., Oct. 23 in the Provence Room at the Westlake Village Inn, 31943 Agoura Road, Westlake Village.

The Rev. Jesse Peterson, founder and president of BOND (Brotherhood Organization of a New Destiny) will be the guest speaker.

Cost is $40. Space is limited, and reservations are required.
