T.O. man wins race for healthy babies

IRIS SMOOT/Acorn Newspapers RACING FOR JASON- Overall male winner Dan Goldstein of Thousand Oaks gives the UCLA mascot Bruin a high five after receiving his medal for a time of 18 minutes 17 seconds in the inaugural Jason's Race 5K/Mad Dash last Sunday morning in the city of Westlake Village. All proceeds from the race will go toward the Jason Allen Lutz Memorial Fund to benefit sudden infant death syndrome research in memory of Jason, a 4-month-old who died on March 11, 2008.
