Fountains would be musical if donor is found

PEOPLE LOVE WATER- Whether it's a sandy ocean beach, a lazy river flowing by, a creek, lake, pond, swimming pool or fountain, human beings are naturally attracted to water. Cities have known for years that water attractions, like the fountain display at T.O.'s Civic Arts Plaza, left, are places that draw people. Water, for some reason, is mesmerizing. The city now hopes that a donor will step forward to support the CIvic Arts Plaza, replacing Countrywide. For a donation of $2 million, the city would add music to accompany the existing fountains.
