Cindy Morrow of Thousand Oaks has opened a website design business, Goodwill by Design.

Goodwill by Design was conceived with the notion that the success of one person depends on the support of community and that when neighbors help each other the entire neighborhood benefits.

Morrow believes that by providing creative websites at a discount to local nonprofit agencies and small business owners, they will provide her with the success of local business, volunteerism and the ability to be there when her kids come home from school.

In addition to affordable website, graphic design and photography services, Goodwill by Design aims to provide a minimum of four to six probono services per year to nonprofits and any local business person needing a helping hand.
