Memorial bike rodeo coming Sat., Oct. 18 The Thousand Oaks BikeSafe campaign and the T.O. Kiwanis Club will host the Glenn Garvin Memorial Bike Rodeo from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sat., Oct. 18 at Conejo Creek Park North, 1379 E. Janss Road, Thousand Oaks. The event will include family activities, "Safe Moves City" for riders to practice safety techniques and ramps for mountain bikers to practice. Food and drinks will be available for purchase.
