The annual St. Maximilian Kolbe Fall Festival is scheduled from noon to 7 p.m. Sun., Oct. 12 at the church, 5801 Kanan Road, Westlake Village.

The theme is "Celebrate our community."

The family event will have live music and entertainment, a children's Ferris wheel, circus train ride, kiddie bumper cars, swing ride, children's games and gymnastics, giant slide, climbing wall, watermelon-eating and Hula Hoop contests, a video game arcade, marketplace and crafts fair, face panting, bingo, cakewalk and turtle races.

The fire department and paramedic units will have hands-on exhibits.

Food and beverage services will provide drinks, barbecue beef and chicken dinners, sno-cones, ice cream and more.
