Kids Health and Fitness Expo has children jumping over hurdles

'I CAN DO THIS, TOO'- Sophia Stewart, 7, of Thousand Oaks giggles as she runs the canine agility course during Conejo Recreation and Park District's Kids Health and Fitness Expo. She and her sister Julia volunteered to be "new puppies" on the agility team and ran the same course the dogs used. The expo included games and activities emphasizing nutrition and exercise.
