Tonight voters can meet the candidates for Thousand Oaks City Council during a forum at 7:30 p.m. at North Ranch Community Center, 1400 N. Westlake Blvd.

The event is sponsored by the Westlake Joint Board of Homeowners Associations.

From 7 to 9 p.m. Thurs., Oct. 2, the Thousand Oaks-Westlake Village Regional Chamber of Commerce will also host a forum at the Los Robles Golf Course Banquet Center, 299 S. Moorpark Road. For more information, call Jan Smith at (805) 370-0035.

The League of Women Voters will have a forum at the Scherr Theatre at the Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd., at 7 p.m. Thurs., Oct. 9.
