Richard E. Perrin Richard E. Perrin, dearly loved and loving husband to Roxanne Rankin, father to Jacob and Jared Perrin, son of John & Barbara Perrin, brother to Jack & Cindy Perrin, Cindy & Jim Wade and David Perrin, adoring uncle, cousin and dear to both friends and colleagues, passed away on 8/06/08. Shared memories have reflected on Richard's gentle kindness, humble intelligence, intense and thorough caring for his patients and clients, respectfulness for everyone and boundless generosity. Richard will be so missed while his spirit will continue to influence those who were fortunate enough to know him and to have been effected by his strong and clear values. A celebration of Richard's life will be on Sat., 9/27 from 2:00- 5:00 PM at Pacific Palisades lowest park on Temescal Canyon Road.
