Conejo Recreation and Park District will hold a Kids Health and Fitness Expo from noon to 3 p.m. Sat., Sept. 27 at the Thousand Oaks Community Center, 2525 N. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks.

The expo is free and will feature more than 25 handson activities for children to learn about nutrition and exercise.

Entertainment will include a jump rope team, hula hoop demonstration and a dog show where children compete with the dogs on an obstacle course.
