Berrington hired to coach NPHS baseball
      Chuck Berrington proved you can come home again. The Marmonte League welcomed back a familiar face last week when Newbury Park High announced its new head baseball coach would be Berrington, who had previously been the head coach at Westlake and Taft highs.

OCHS juniors honored for work at sea
      Danny Mathews and Dylan White, juniors at Oaks Christian, received outstanding racing performance awards from the Pacific Corinthian Youth Sailing Foundation at the annual awards ceremony in August at Channel Islands Harbor.
