      A male, 48, was suspected of being under the influence of a controlled substance and also possessing counterfeit identification, other people's mail with their personal information and glass smoking pipes with burnt residue. The subject was arrested at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 8 in the 1500 block of Newbury Road.

Thousand Oaks
      A male, 58, was involved three separate traffic collisions near Moorpark and Wilbur roads around 4:16 p.m. Sept. 4. A person in one of the collisions was injured and transported to a nearby hospital. The subject fled the scene of each accident before he was apprehended in the 5600 block of De Soto Avenue in Woodland Hills at 4:50 p.m.

      A male, 36, allegedly battered and verbally threatened his exgirlfriend, who still lived with him. The man was arrested at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 10 in the 200 block of Triunfo Canyon Road. A vandal caused damages in excess of $400 on Sept. 3 or 4 in the 5500 block of Partridge Court.
