Sees four priorities in T.O. council race

I'm writing to voice my opinion about the election for our City Council and asking for people running to please deal with the following issues of importance: 1. public transportation 2. affordable housing 3. boards and commissions, letting citizens be a part of our government—participation is important—and 4. openness in government, which lets people communicate with our council members.
