| SHARP KIDS, BEAUTIFUL BACKDROP- Frank McDonough wins this year's Take Your Thousand Oaks Acorn on Vacation photo contest. The McDonoughs' sons, Shane, left, almost 6, and P.J., 8½, were visiting scenic Yosemite National Park, considered by many people to be the most picturesque place on the planet. Frank collects $100 for his award-winning entry. See Community section for second- and third-place photographs and honorable mentions. We will continue to run vacation photo pages until we have exhausted our supply of usable photographs. |
