School hosts recycling event Los Cerritos Middle School will host a free electronic recycling fundraising event from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sat., Sept. 27 at the campus, 2100 E. Avenida de Las Flores, Thousand Oaks. Accepted items include computers, monitors, TVs, printers, scanners, cellphones, cameras and laptops. The school will use a portion of the proceeds to help buy new computers. The event is managed by eGreenRecycle.
