New restaurant to serve customers in The Promenade

The Grill on the Alley will serve classic American fare when it opens Mon., Sept. 22 at The Promenade in Westlake Village. Modeled after the big-city grills of the 1930s and '40s, the Grill on the Alley will offer steaks, chops, fresh seafood and cocktails.

The original Grill on the Alley opened its doors in 1984 in Beverly Hills. It succeeded on a reputation for freshness, quality ingredients and consistency.

A comprehensive yet moderately priced wine list will highlight boutique wineries that put Napa and Sonoma on the map.

The Grill will open at 11 a.m., and valet parking is available. Reservations are recommended by calling (805) 418-1760.
