TIRED OF NO STATE BUDGET FOR PUBLIC EDUCATION--East Ventura County residents protest at the corner of Westlake Boulevard and Townsgate Road. Last Friday afternoon's protest attracted more than 50 demonstrators who were demanding action on the stalemated state budget, particularly over funding for public schools.
