$1 a gallon? (Or is it $100?)

A SIGN THAT CATCHES ATTENTION--The Arco gas station on the corner of Erbes Road and Thousand Oaks Boulevard was getting upgrades to its pumping stations last week when somebody decided to have fun with the price-per-gallon sign. It probably wasn't funny to motorists who may have thought they could fuel up for a buck a gallon. It was even less humorous for consumers who may have thought the going rate had hit $100 per gallon.
