DMV offices to close on Saturdays later this month

The Department of Motor Vehicles will close all field offices regularly open for Saturday service on Sept. 20 due to the delayed state budget and staffing constraints.

The closed offices include those in Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Los Angeles and Van Nuys.
