Candidates to debate

A Westlake Joint Board Candidates Night is set for 7:30 p.m. Thurs., Sept. 25 at North Ranch Center, 1400 N. Westlake Blvd.

The forum will give candidates running for Thousand Oaks City Council a chance to speak and answer questions.
