Thousand Oaks

On suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, the following subjects were arrested at the times, dates and places shown: A male, 28, at 7:50 p.m. July 28 at Boardwalk Drive and Hillcrest Drive; a male, 30, at 11:34 p.m. Aug. 23 in the 2700 block of Autumn Ridge Drive; a female, 60, at 3:55 p.m. Aug. 22 in the first block of S. Conejo Boulevard; and a male, 33, at 12:08 p.m. Aug. 22 in the 200 block of Hampshire Road.

A female, 28, was arrested on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 21 in the 2400 block of Hood Drive.

A male, 38, was arrested on an allegation of sexual battery at 7:40 a.m. Aug. 28 in the first block of McAfee Court.

For allegedly battering and injuring his wife, a male, 34, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. Aug. 22 in the 1100 block of Whitecliff Road.

A male, 50, was arrested on a charge of domestic battery at 10 a.m. Aug. 27 at the Thousand Oaks Police Station. The crime allegedly occurred on Aug. 14 in the 800 block of Lawrence Drive.

On charges of battery, a male, 55, was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Aug. 25 in the 100 block of E. Janss Road.

For allegedly stealing items from Rite Aid and Mervyns in Janss Marketplace, a female, 29, was arrested at 1 p.m. Aug. 27. The subject also lied to police about her personal information.

A vehicle was stolen between Aug. 15 and 27 in the 2600 block of Townsgate Road.

A vandal flooded Phantom Electronics at 2618 E. Thousand Oaks Boulevard on Aug. 25 or 26. The damage estimate is $10,000.

A vandal caused $50 in damages to an unoccupied home in the 1000 block of Valley High Avenue between Aug. 22 and 24.

A $170 washing machine coin box was broken into between Aug. 23 and 25 in the 800 block of St. Charles Drive.

A burglar stole and damaged property from an unlocked building that was open to the public on Aug. 27 in the 200 block of E. Wilbur Road.

Property from a shed was stolen on Aug. 20 or 21 in the 300 block of Arcturus Street.

Property was stolen and damaged on Aug. 21 or 22 in the 2100 block of E. Avenida de Las Flores.

A home was burglarized in the afternoon of Aug. 21 in the 2200 block of McCrea Road.

Shoplifting occurred at Mervyn's at 285 N. Moorpark Road on Aug. 24 and Aug. 27. A male, 32, was arrested for the Aug. 24 crime.

A female, 44, reportedly stole items from Marshalls at 225 N. Moorpark Road at 5:22 p.m. Aug. 24.

A dog was stolen from someone's backyard on Aug. 19 or 20 in the 1600 block of Glider Street.

A bicycle was stolen on Aug. 21 in the 1200 block of Dover Avenue.

A burglar entered a bedroom through a window and stole jewelry on Aug. 22 in the 1000 block of Calle Almendro.

A fraudulent check was passed on July 26 in the 700 block of Lakefield Road.

A male, 18, vandalized property and then tried to run from police in the 600 block of E. Janss Road around 4:37 a.m. Aug. 4. The subject was cited for the crime at Aug. 13 at the Thousand Oaks Police Station. Another 18year-old male at the scene was cited Aug. 20 at the police station for the same crime.

About $300 in police property was damaged on Aug. 20 in the 1600 block of Fordham Avenue.

About $60 in property was stolen from a home on July 3 in the 1300 block of Galsworthy Place.

A vandal spray-painted graffiti on a bush at Moorpark Road and Gainsborough Road on Aug. 22.

For being drunk in public, a male, 19, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. Aug. 25 at Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Conejo School Road.

For drinking in public, a male, 54, was cited at 11:35 a.m. Aug. 22 on Wilbur Road, south of Warwick Avenue. A male, 55, was cited for the same offense at 5:10 p.m. Aug. 22 in the 1400 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard.

A male, 51, was cited for drinking in public and possessing a small amount of marijuana at 5:20 p.m. Aug. 26 in the 100 block of Oakview Drive.

Vehicle equipment was stolen between Aug. 13 and 22 in the 1800 block of Avenida de Las Flores.

A car battery was stolen from a store around 3:30 p.m. Aug. 25 in the 100 block of W. Hillcrest Drive.

A $300 passenger-side window was shattered on Aug. 23 or 24 in the 300 block of E. Wilbur Road.

Vehicle break-ins occurred on the following dates and places: Between 9 and 9:05 p.m. Aug. 22 in the 900 block of S. Westlake Boulevard (unlocked); on Aug. 23 or 24 in the 700 block of Rushing Creek Place; on Aug. 6 or 7 in the first block of E. Lucero Street (unlocked); and on Aug. 25 and 26 in the 400 block of Sundance Street (unlocked, money and checks stolen).
