Wine, dinner and auction to be held

Symphony of Wine VIII, a fundraiser for New West Symphony's children's youth programs, will be held at 3 p.m. Sun., Sept. 21 at the Four Seasons Hotel, 2 Dole Drive, Westlake Village.

The event will include dinner prepared by the Four Seasons Westlake Village's executive chef and other chefs from around the country, and live and silent auctions.

The auctions will feature wines that are only available at Symphony of Wine, tickets for Yosemite's Bracebridge Dinner, a private tour of Hearst Castle, a Caribbean sports package and a week in Paris for four.

The event's Maestro of Food and Wine will be Bob Long of Long Vineyards in St. Helena.
