Assembly member to address Council on Aging

The Thousand Oaks Council on Aging will launch its meeting year with guest speaker Assemblymember Audra Strickland (RThousand Oaks) at 1 p.m. Wed., Sept. 3 in the board room on the third level of City Hall, 2100 Thousand Oaks Blvd., Thousand Oaks.

Strickland will discuss the California state budget and legislative update.

The presentation is part of the Council on Aging's televised public meeting speaker series held the first Wednesday of each month. Meetings are broadcast live on TOTV, Channel 10 and are available at www.toaks.org.
