Thousand Oaks
      A male, 45, was arrested on suspicion of robbing Citibank at 33 N. Moorpark Road on July 3, demanding money from bank tellers by stating that he had a bomb and was holding a knife. On Aug. 11, the same man is suspected of robbing Citibank again, but a witness saw part of his license plate.
