Hospice of the Conejo welcomes business owner to board of directors

George A. Jones has joined the board of directors for the Hospice of the Conejo.

Jones is a certified senior adviser and owner of the local Home Helpers office. He has been employed with General Motors Corporation, Merrill Lynch, Prudential Securities, and is a consultant to Jones Wall Street which he founded in 1995. He also serves on the board of Alliance for the Arts and is former chair of the Founder's Circle.

Jones is a member and past president of "Westlakers," which provides scholarships to high school students. He is past president of North Ranch Country Club and has served on the boards of Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center; Community Conscience; New West Symphony; and Casa Pacifica, a residential home for abused children in Camarillo.

Hospice of the Conejo provides comfort and dignity to those with a life-threatening illness and ongoing support to loved ones. All services are provided free of charge.
