Affinity Bank promotes Camarillo man

Affinity Bank President and CEO Michael R. McGuire recently announced the promotion of Camarillo resident Sean Morreale to senior vice president business banking division manager.

Morreale has been leading the bank's growth in business banking services since January 2007. In his expanded role he will take on the sales management responsibilities for the bank's commercial real estate lending and business banking programs.

"This welldeserved promotion is a testament to Sean's hard work, dedication and success over the past year and a half," said McGuire. "As we've grown, we've asked Sean to wear a lot of different hats, and he has always done a great job. We look forward to his, and the bank's, continued success in the future."

Morreale has more than 15 years of commercial lending and corporate banking experience. Before joining Affinity Bank, he held officer positions with Bank of the West in Oxnard and Sterling Savings Bank and KeyCorp in Seattle, Wash., and he has served as a senior manager for KPMG Consulting.

He has a degree in management from San Jose State University and teaches at the American Institute of Banking.
